Sick day XP

Rin was in a coma from having been stabbed so
close to the heart, she would heal but she'd never
be able to sing again, Though she may also
never awaken either. She was lost in another
world mentally.

Rin laid in her hospital bed, looking frail and weak,
She had a breathing mask over her face and she
was hooked up to a machine to measure her heart
beats, and make sure she was living still. She was
hooked up to all sorts of IV's as well.

Rin was still in a coma, she wasn't showing any
signs of improvement yet. She just laid there
unmoving, almost as if unwilling to live, but
was she really unwilling to live?

The doctors were just about to pull Rin off the
life support systems, for they thought it unlikely
that she would be able to come back again...
were about to.

Rin after a few more days finally opened her eyes, though certain memories were hazy.
She then began panicing. "I can't sence him being here!"She screamed in agony, as she
clung to herself, her eyes watering again.

Rin was in hysterics too caught up in
the horror of not being able to 'feel'
The pressence of Len's mind with hers
to notice. She was crying till her doctors
sedated her, to knock her out and to
force her to relax.

Rin soon awoke and felt someone holding onto her hand.
She smiled softly, as she painfully moved to roll onto her
other side. Rin lightly gripped his hand back. "Don't ever
leave me alone again... you promised..."She whispered
as she slowly moved forward and held onto him tightly
not willing to let go of him even if her life depended on it.

"Why'd you leave me before when you had promised...?"
She asked with a shakey voice, ignoring his warning. She
wanted him to hold her close, tell her it was okay, soothe
the pain she felt emotionally and physically. She wanted
him to pat her head again like he used to. She missed those
times and wanted times like those back again. Times where
neither she nor Len tried to kill themselves and were happy
together, being the most important things in their worlds to
eachother. She wasn't about to let go of him, for any reason.

Rin nodded once and smiled slightly, a broken hearted
smile. "Will this be able to mend a broken heart Len?"
She asked softly as she closed her eyes and yawned. "i
missed it, the alone time like this, only.. when we were
healthy and were happy..."She stated with a sigh. She
then looked around the room and then curled into a circle,
breaking her grip from Len, She began to cry again, as
the pain of her injury came back again. She couldn't
stop crying, she couldn't even move to call for the nurses,
using the button on the side of the bed.

Within Seconds the nurses had taken Rin away for emergency surgery,
They stayed with Len as well, so he wouldn't be alone, and were
assuring him that his sister would be alright.

~a few hours later~

Rin was back in their room, laying still on her bed, more IV's hooked up,
But she was awake and aware of everything going on. She moved one
of her hands towards Len, afraid to move more then that, for she realized
what had caused her so much pain, after she had awoken again. "Len...
Wh-when... can we go home?"She asked tiredly.

Rin stared after him, her eyes suddenly wide,
She like a child began crying, "Len!" and made
herself sit up and waited for her beloved brother.

Rin hugged him and nodded once.
"Aishiteru..."She whispered to him
and blushed then turned her head
away from him so he couldn't see.

Rin laid beside him, she soon fell asleep as well.
She wanted to dream her time away, and be free
of pain and sufferemg.
